i want to connect my router to a PBX and in other side the router is connected to e1 leased line. so i want to intergrade voice and traffic with channelized E1.

You can do that, however the best it that you do voip between router and PBX, this way you will be able to have more bandwidth, instead of wasting it statically with voice channels that are not used all the time.

And if you worry about the quality, if you configure correctly, PBX user will never be able to realize they are on voip.
