sorry i am new in contact center
i need to know if the cisco agent desktop software work with specific type of ip phones or it work with any ip phone model .
second please i need any refrence that i can start from it to deploy contact center solution

Hi,
CAD work with IP hardphones and IP communicator. Deploying a cisco contact center is not a simple task and you need to have an cisco atp in order to place orders and so on. let me know if you need further assistance. i deployed already couple contact center in me region.

for contact express what is the difference between standard , enhanced , premium license

can i use contact center express 6 in centralized network for example to have the centeralzed contact center express server in the HQ and the call agents in the remote site register with this server .
if this avialable does i need any thing in the remote sites
