CiscoWorks: Cannot connect to the ANI Server

I am trying to open "User Tracking" in the Campus Manager of our CiscoWorks and receive the following error:

"Cannot connect to the ANI Server. Leaving application. java.lang.Exception.Failed creating AniClient

Does anyone know how to fix this?

If the error went away, it was probably a timing issue. The daemons can take up to 30 minutes after a dmgtd restart to settle.

What version of Campus Manager is this? Please post the output of the command pdshow.

Campus Manager 3.1 of CiscoWorks 2000.

The error did go away by itself, and I do not know what happened.

If the error went away, it was probably a timing issue. The daemons can take up to 30 minutes after a dmgtd restart to settle.
