CM4.2.3sr1 with AD integration

The receptionalist has 2 phones, (ie 3333-personal and 2500-mainline). She needs to have access to CDR for 2500. I can't seem to give her access when she logs into CDR. She can only get CDR for her 3333-personal extenstion.

I tried the following:

1. putting her ID in the phone config page

2. In AD, put the 2500 instead of 3333

3. In CM user database, do a devise association to the 2500 as well as specify 2500 as her primary ext.

I waited 24 hours on each change and test cdr and still no work.

Any suggestions?
