Hi, does anyone know how I could view all of the records on a DNS server. Is there a show command in the Cisco IOS that can do this?

I do believe if you type "show host" at the pound prompt you will get back the information you are looking for.

If you DNS Server is running on Linux/Unix,

all the information you're looking for is in

the /var/named directory. both Forward and

Reverse DNS configuration is in this directory.

The /etc/named.conf stores the DNS configuration

such as forwarders, etc...
