Hi Goutam,
This is very little information about your configs.
Do you ping this IP address with source addresses that are in the same subnet?
How does your config looks like at all?
Thanks:
Istvan

yes I am pinging the IP ( 10.226.x.13 & 10.225.x.13) with source of my switch ip ( 10.163.x.254) my switch ip is in different subnet and destination ip is in different subnet. But in my firewall both IPs are accepting ICMP & Tracert.

Hi Goutam,
Please check if the routers that are included in the traffic path all have the routes in their routing tables pointing back to your source subnet.
The icmp replies need a path from the destination subnet back to the source subnet.
