CCM services fails

hi,my ccm running on 4.1(3) is having problems with some services.

-Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App

[able to start manual, but will stop shortly]


[fails to start]

-DC directory

[fails to start]

this happens during a restart, couple of weeks back. it has been up and running for more than 1 year. not sure if it is due to the antivirus. its running trend micro office scan v8.0. is it supported?

i tried stopping the trend micro services, it didnt help either.

please advice.

According to this:

Trend Micro 8 is not supported.

With anti-virus, sometimes just stopping a service won't do the trick; you have to reboot the box, or completely uninstall the software due to the anti-virus either locking things down.

My suggestion is to uninstall Trend and see what flies.
