I have one user that when they leave a message for their secretary they are cut off mid sentence from Unity Voice mail. They do not know they are cut off until it is too late to do anything. No warning. The trace files show that it is a problem with the users phone carrier. The user has had this issue with his cell phone and his home phone, which according to him is a LAN line. Has anyone experienced this behavior and if so what steps did you take to correct the problem. This happens to one user only and he happens to be the President of the company.
