Hi,

I've configured EM on CCM 5.1.3. IP phones are 7961G.

I have created 2 parttions & 2 calling search spaces: zone 1 and zone ,.

Zone 1 partition has CSS Zone 1 and Zone 2 has CSS Zone 2.

Main problem is related to EM.

After configuring EM i'm able to login with any user, uisng the same ip phone. But once I want to logout i can only do it from one of the extensions, 1164, which belongs to zone 1. I've tried to logout from any other extension, and no matter to which partition extension belongs (Zone 1 or zone 2), i'm unable to logout from phone (except for 1164).

For all extensions i have to logout from ccm administration, Device>Phone>Extension Information, and then click on logout button.

Can anybody help me ?
