Are you using cme ? If yes:
ephone xx
mac ...
type cipc
button ...
That's it.

ok!! but my softphone say "please select the lines you wish control" but did not give me any options. what i need to config on my cisco softphone ?

Not sure what version is the sofphone you're talking about. Usually ipcp 2.x is used and there is no line selection menu.

im using cisco ip softphone 1.3(3.0) and a router 2811.
