Hello all,
Hope everyone is well !!!
I am experiencing video quality issues with teleworkers using IP Communicator and Cisco VTA connecting over VPN. The voice quality is excellent but the video stream is out of sync and the picture is really jerky. I wonder if there is any QoS settings that I can configure to improve the video quality.
I am using a Cisco VPN concentrator 3000 series with CCM 4.1.3 sr6a and IPC v2.1.3 and VTA 2.1.1
Any suggestions / inputs will be highly appreciated. Thanks very much in advance !!!

VTA uses UDP 5445 for all video traffic, TCP 4224 between IP phone and VTA.
You may check the SRND for Video

Hi,
i have a voice vlan and data vlan with Access-list restricting connectivity between them.
my question is since the VTA is on the pc (Data VLAN); so what you are saying is that i need to open UDP 5445 and TCP 4224 between voice and Data!!!
Good day
