BAT and CCM5.13 when sync'd with AD

Hi,

I'm having problems associating Users (who are sync'd with AD) with the Associated Device. I've used BAT to update users but it doesn't work now. The file runs in successfully but no changes are made. Any ideas?

Hi,

I've used BAT and AD integration with CUCM 5.1.3 and using BAT for associating phones to users works fine. Maybe you BAT file is corrupted?

Do you mean the file I created using BAT or the actual BAT template downloaded from CCM? If later,how would I get around that?

I had the same isssue. Try this go into the Bat file and changed the "controlled" devices from 0 and 1 and that should do the trick :)

Tried that one-thats how to display the Controlled Devices column isn't it. Its weird because I used the same format for a bulk update but it doesn't work now :(
