I want to install a telephone for people service, that when they take off the phone automatic dial the contact center, and they do not have permit to call another place.
I have a 2801 with FXS then it goes to the central ccm.

Hi Zin, I have a 2801 router with 4 FXS and I want that FXS 1 be a hotline I try:
voice-port 0/0/0
connection plax xxxx
but does not work

do you have a dial-peer that matches what you're using as XXX in connection-plar?
do you get dial tone if you take out the command?
what is exactly happening?
you pickup the phone and what happens?
