CME - 7961 Phone - extention doesn't show up on button 1

Hi Guys,

I am having such a weird issue with 7961 phone. I have configured 7961 phone in CME ver 4.0.3 and what happened that extention is not showing up on button 1 but from button 2-6 speed dials are showing up see the configs below:

Iam not sure if this because of you are using overlay extensions. Can you try without overlay and see if it shows extension

it was working ok yesterday and was configured as a single line phone so i reconfigured it as a Dual-line ( ephone-dn xx dual-line)so that user could use transfer feature. If i see the configs in CME its there.

Ok. if you have changed it from single phone to dual-line, you have to apply again. just do

no button

button

and reset the phone, hopefully it should fix

Since i don't have access to the phone physically, I reconfigured it and reset it via Telephony-services ---> reset 001D.452C.5E03 remotely but didn't get any message and still no change.

Its not even getting registered with CME.
