We have recently had a case where two SIP trunks we are running with CME has been compromised Simultaneously and we've racked up £££ worth of fraudulent calls.

The SIP trunks are provided by Gamma Telecom's IPDC service. Gamma are saying that the CME router's was hacked but there are no logs on the router's showing this and the security on both routers is tied down (been Verified by TAC).

The Puzzle to this piece is that after the provider noticed this 'incident' the calls have NOT re-appeared. Gamma are saying we are liable for the calls.

so i ask... is this the CME that was hacked?

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Anyone else come across this with Gamma with CME or any other IPBX
