Hi, we have had some sporadic issues with transferred calls being dropped. I would like to try to find out if these activities are being recorded in the logs and if so what details might be involved. How would one look up information regarding dropped calls in Call Manager? Thanks for any advice-

You will probably see something in the SDI trace of the callmanager.
You can activate the detailled trace and see a lot of things, but it's not user friendly :)

depending on the problem you would need not only SDI but also SDL if the phones are not on the same server.
traces are the only way to go as Nicolas says, also i can certainly tell you they're not user friendly if you have no experience with them
my advise would be to raise a TAC case on this
