CM 4.2.1 Call Park BLF Phone Button Template

I have a strange situation on a 4.2.1 SR1 CM. For 7960 phone button templates I have the option of selecting Call Park BLF under feature. Then, we try to do the same with 7961 phones, but we do not have the option in the feature dropdown box for Call Park BLF. Is there something special that we need to do to allow us to select the Call Park BLF from the drop down box in the 7961 phone button template?

looking into this it seems the functionality should be in 4.2(1) but apparently until SR1a, you can try upgrading to the latest SR
