Call Privilage for Customer in IP Phone

I am working as service provider. I am having CCM 5.1.and 7906g IP Phone. I don't want to allow any of my customer to call my any IP Phone except one IP Phone which is assigned for 'Helpdesk' from their IP phones.

How It's possible? what will be the Configuration ? Plz. help me as soon as posible

This can be accomplished through the use of partitions and calling search spaces. In order for a DN to be capable of calling another DN, the calling search space assigned to the calling DN must contain the partition of the called DN. So, in your case the calling search space assigned to the DN on the customer phone should only contain the partition of the helpdesk phone along with the partitions for PSTN calls. This will obviously call for putting the helpdesk in a separate partition in order for this to work.
