IMA Error

Unanswered Question

From ima interface output, there is many Ne Failure errors keep increasing, in the meanwhile, I observe that the Tx cells shows negative figure (-806656510), the Rx cells is positive figure (655927588), may I know why it like this? Thank you!

That is classical case of signed counter overflow, nothing to worry about. If you upgrade IOS, chances are it will go away.

Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Thank you for your update.

From the output can see many errors when do 'show controller atm0/ima0', telco tested many times that informed layer1 is no problem, could you advise what could be the problem here. Thank you.

Which errors are referring to? if the crc, the percentage is negligible respect to the input counter.
