Unity Connection import users template error

Just built a UC2.1 server and after integrating it with the callmanager, I tried to import the users, and I get a "No user templates were found for the selected phone system" error. I went through everything and could not find a problem, the templates are showing the server etc. Where do I go from here?

I have seen this issue once before. Try the following.

In my case, the problem actually was that UC stores search/find

information in cookies such that it remembers the users last search, Occasionally it

happens that something gets stuck that collides with another field of the same name.

Clearing the cache and temp from the browser option helped resolving the issue.

That did it. I cant believe it was something as simple as that, and here I was about to rebuild the stupid thing thinking something was messed up in the code. Thanks, you saved me a great deal of time.
