I have a CallManager 6.0.1 setup and am trying to configure 3911 sip phones. However, I don't see it as an option or choice when trying to configure the phone type. The only one I see is for a 3951. I tried to download and load firmware for 3911/51 and it went through the software upgrade but it's still not showing as an option on the phone type. Any thoughts?

Maybe you need to download the correct device package from Cisco.
Check the compatibility matrix first.

you should try to download a new device package (cmterm-devicepack6.0.1.2116-1.cop.sgn) and firmware for 3911 (cmterm-3911_3951-sip.8-1-2.cop.sgn) and then u would be able to see an SIP IP Phone 3911 in phone type list
