hallo,
In my CCM 5.1, I configured some IP Phones in same partition with different Device pool and calling search space. Now when I am going to add a Cisco Communicator Soft Phone, it's working for outgoing call, but not working for any incoming call. but if I put the device pull as 'Default'and calling search space 'none' in soft phone and all IP Phones also, It's working. but that time,I can't communicate with my customer's IP Phone which configured in different Device pool and partition
have any solution, plz. help me.
