I've a Call Manager 4.2(3)formed by a cluster composed by a Publisher and a Subscriber. I can get access to both the server, but when I am into the subscriber I cannot, for example, show the list of the phone by getting the following error message: "Failed to create ASP object for: RemoteScripts/rs_device.asp.
I don't have Mcafee netshield installed on my server

Enable Parent Paths setting is true by default, but its possible a MS hotfix or
Service Pack can change it to false, so we need to check and see what state its in.
To check it, go to Start>Programs>Administrative Tools>Internet Services Manager Expand the directory tree on the Call Manager, and then the Default Web Site Right Click on CCMAdmin and go to Properties In the main CCMAdmin Properties box, you should see a Configuration box, click on that box This brings up the Application Configuration box
Click on the App Options Tab Verify that "Enable parent paths" is checked.
