Sounds promising although I'm confused why you'd need to do it somewhere other than AD? What is SAWeb? and would it update AD? Thought the idea was that AD was the definitive source?

exactly what are you trying to do?

change the DN the user has as his mailbox or the telephone field in AD?

CCM is sync'd with AD. I was hoping when we change the Telephone Number in AD it would change the DN in CCM. Is this possible?

The AD provides the directory, so if you change the telephone numer in AD that will reflect in the global directory as the phone number if you look for that guy, but that is not going to change the actual DN of the phone

that is not in the AD, that is in the CCM DB which is not synched at all with AD for that values

you need to go to device -> phone -> select the phone -> select the line and change the DN in there
