I have a LAN in an location A with a 4506 as a distribution switch. I am running OSPF. I have created an OSPF area 0 (Backbone) on this network. I need to do have the same arch on a new site B. Can I creat an OSPF area 0 on area B too.
Please note that site A and B will be connected together on a WAN link.

Yes you can...
In your case the WAN link should also be configured for Area 0 otherwise it will result in partitioned area 0's

Perhaps we should find out a bit more about your environment. Are these 2 sites the entire network? If so then I agree with the suggestion from Narayan. It should work just fine with all the interfaces in area 0. If there are any other parts to the network then perhaps we need to understand more about the complete network before we can really answer this question.
