Hi!
When in the middle of a call there are some voice interruptions from time to time. The call does not go down but there are some silence moments and some words can't be heard when that happens.
This is a connection to a PSTN.
What could be the problem?
Best regards,
Ana

that could be caused by packet drops, the RTP flow is not stable and some packets are dropped or lost along the way which causes that effect.
do you have any QoS config on the network?

Hi!
No I didn't configure any QOS since it is a connection to a PSTN. Maybe I need it anyway.
Thanks,
Ana

you can issue this command:
show call history
this might show issues with quality
show call history
