Removing License from CCM 6.1

Does anyone know how to remove a license from Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.1?

I was told that no one can get root access, and I am under the assumption that you need root to be able to do this. Is there a way to do this without rebuilding the server?

I have this problem too.

Open a TAC case and reference this bug:

CSCsg28075

Administrator does not have ability to remove licenses from CallManager

they should get the root access with this bug ID and remove the license file
