DMM and Video Portal Problem

What I am getting when I try to go to the Video Portal Module fromthe main Digital Media Manager Page, is that it tries to go to http://fqdn:8080/DMM/main.jsp and it comes back with The page cannot be displayed.

I have checked the fqdn is there in the dns and there are both forward and backward pointers.

The DMM and the Video Portal are on two seperate machines.

Where did I go wrong?

Is there a back door to the linux to actually try and see if the directory got created and populated correctly?

Thanks.

Found that reinstalling the DMM fixed the problem. In an earlier session before the Portal was installed, the wrong information was entered and there seemed to be no way to fix it without a reinstall.

If there is a developer or TAC engineer looking at this, This is a bug.
