I see this error pretty consistently, as we run bonded interfaces on all of our servers. We used to have quite a few of these messages and it turned out to be related to the bonding settings and how the bonded interfaces detected who was active and who was standby. We've managed to reduce the number by double checking those settings and making sure things are setup correctly for our environment. I still see these messages on some of our Linux based servers that don't have bonds setup correctly.
