VPN with VOIP

I have a PIX 500 series device we are using as a vpn gateway for our current users. We are having a currently local user move to work remotely and I have been tasked with configuring the pix to allow him full access into the network as if his PC were still here, this is the easy part, the hard part is they also need him to be able to take his voip phone along so as far as the network is concerned he never left. We do a have an 851w that we will be deploying with him and I have been assured that this can be done by a few vendors. I took over this position only a few months ago and basically have no clue how to get this setup any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

When you configure Voip ceratin ports need to be opened on the firewall. Have a look at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a00801a62b9.shtml#topic1 for port configuration.
