Just installed an 851 at two locations using SDM express, no real features needed but these locations have quite a few computers on the network and the consumer grade routers they've been using were locking up quite regularly.
Upgrade to the new 851 went flawless, with the first company just using SDM express setup. Now the second company, which uses the same ISP was not so flawless. After setting the unit up the internet was very slow, almost dialup speeds. I'm using 10% cpu and 38% memory - any ideas?

Hi, can you send output of "show dsl internface" please.

Not able to console in at this time, would SDM's 'show interfaces' have the info you need?

Not really. For professional results with cisco gear, use cli only.

Ok, at the router using cli, however - it's a cable interface not DSL... any further thoughts?

You're right, my bad, the 851 is ethernet.
Do you have a lot on "inspect" statements as usually sdm does? If so try removing them.

Try "no ip inspect ..." for all of them.

Try:
interface fa4
no ip inspect DEFAULT100 out
interface vlan1
no ip tcp mss-adjust 1452
no ip route-cache flow
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 72.215.141.X <-- replace with actual default gateway
no ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 fa4
