The flash and config were deleted by a junior admin because he didn't realize he was logged into a session on the switch module. However, the module won't take an xmodem transfer. Is there a way to tell the switch module to boot from the router's flash? Is there any other way to transfer the IOS and config over to the switch module? Curret transfer attempts have been
1. flash_init
2. load-helper
3. copy xmodem: flash:c3750....(abrievated)
Start xmodem transfer and errors out.
Thanks

Thanks but I found the problem. The Cisco documentation needs to specify verfiying if your IOS feature set supports the image recovery process. We are running the adv enterprise set and it would not support the copy flash:/tftp: xmodem: commmand. Instead, I had to use the IPBase IOS that came on the router to reload the Etherswitch modules. Once you reload the lower IOS version, you can copy via xmodem.
