based on the permission report the default helpdesk user must have read access to devices in CISCO view. When I browse a device I get the error:
Failed to open device xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Devise doesn't exist or there is problem with DNS resolution
Please verify the device existence and its hostname to IP Address resolution
However the device exist, also via DNS and as Networkoperator I can load it to CISCO view.
I need this as helpdesk for LMS presentation of functionallity of helpdesk
