He Experts,
based on the permission report the default helpdesk user must have read access to devices in CISCO view. When I browse a device I get the error:
Message
Failed to open device xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Cause
Devise doesn't exist or there is problem with DNS resolution
Action
Please verify the device existence and its hostname to IP Address resolution
However the device exist, also via DNS and as Networkoperator I can load it to CISCO view.
I need this as helpdesk for LMS presentation of functionallity of helpdesk

This is known bug CSCsg26840. There is a patch available by calling the TAC. This is fixed in LMS 3.0.

can I have LMS 3.0 or the patch for LMS 2.6 in the next 5 hours ? My Presentation to 25 DANA people will run .....
We have UNISYS contract, will take 4 weeks until I get some.

The only way to get the patch is to call TAC. The only way to get LMS 3.0 is to purchase it.
