We are running CallManager 6.0 Bussiness Edition with unity connection 2.0.
We are facing a problem like, i am able to keep the voice message and MWI also shows up.But when i press the message button to retrive the message,it says "currently extension 99999 is not availabe". I am able to keep voice message on all phones, but not able to hear the voice messages(but..voice message icon displayes on the ip phone)
that extension is the one from the EAdmin, do you have a routing rule for direct calls that could be causing this?
