Greetings, ive begun a program of accessing different managed service applications for the purpose of monitoring, voice, wireless, security, routing and switching technologies within customer networks with the ability to report back to a central location being the partner hq.

I would like to provide a remote device at the customer premises that collects local SNMP and Syslog information which then reports back to a central collector.

Ive been looking into Cisco Monitor Manager/Director as well as Cisco Unfied Service Monitor and Cisco Works, but im finding it hard to find a product which will monitor all above aspects specifically on the voice side for both CME, Call Manager, Unity and associated devices.

Would anyone be able to suggest an approach to this or has anyone implemented such a project before?
