CCME and Analogue phones

I have configured an analogue phone that is connected to an FXS port on the CCME router (2801) I have been able to register it as a SCCP phone and it is integrated with Voicemail. it all works fine except that when the analog phone is called from an internal IP Phone the analogue phone doesn't start ringing until after 3 rings. I can hear the ringing tone from the Ip Phone but nou until the 4th call progress can I hear the analogue ring. any Ideas?

Then I'm afraid the following applies to you:

Try with an "import" phone.

yes i am in UK and yes it is an actual bt phone
