IP Communication failure

Hi, we are running a Cisco IP Communicator on a HP desktop enviroment.

There are times where we get 100% CPU utilization where around 90% is IP Communicator process.

Is there any issue related with the use of IP Communicator and any hardware?

Can we have a benchmark run on this system so we can detect what is causing it.

2.1.3 has been release. You can upgrade and see if it goes away.

Tried that already.

We have jitter due no QoS.

But the problem sccurs linked to high cpu usage from the IP Communicator. versions 2.1.1 2.1.2 and 2.1.3.
