If you have configure SSH access exactly like HTTP and HTTP is working and not SSH then the only thing I can think of you do not have a Crypto key yet. In order for SSH to work you need to configure at least things: Hostname, Domain name and a Crypto key. At the CLI do this: "crypto key generate rsa modulus 1024 noconfirm".

How is it possible by using ASDM. Can you please send me the intructions where I have to make changes and is it require crypto setting in telnet case??

Here is a link to CCO that will show you have to configure that using the ASDM interface: "http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/vpndevc/ps2030/products_configuration_example09186a008069bf1b.shtml"

No you do not need crypto if you are using Telnet. But it is highly recommended that you use SSH if you are going to manage the security appliance using CLI. Otherwise everthing you do will be transmitted in clear text.
