I have to install a CCME in a hotel and my problem is how to do the billing per room and then charge it to the final invoice in the check out.
Is there any billing solution for integrating it in CCME?
Which solution do you recommend?

One official cisco partner that does this is called stonevoice, there are others as well.

You may want to see a company called Tiger

They have Call logging for both business and Hotels with client check out, clean rooms etc features

Yes in fact an hotel pbx is different in many way from a company one, so for both the configuration and billing you may want to take a specialized approach,
