Please tell me how many PSTN trunks can support the 4BRI port of the this uc500-....

The following models come already with T1/E1 PRI:

UC520-48U-T/E/F-K9

UC520-48U-T/E/B-K9

On all the other models you can add a VWIC-1MFT-E1 or VWIC2-1MFT-E1/T1 to get ISDN PRI.

4 bri ports mean 8 simultaneous calls, pus you can add another vic2-2bri-nt/te bringing the total to 6 circuits and 12 calls.

in the uc500 brochure, said "Up to 12 FXO, 6 BRI, T1/E1 (PRI & CAS) or SIP Trunks in Unified 500 Series".

I would like to know how use e1-pri?
