Hi,
We have 02 CallManagers in the version 4.1.3 (One in the our Laboratory and another in the our Customer) I am try change the value the Queue Size int the: C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallManagerAttendant\bin directory, but, it's no open. In the another CallManager in the our Laboratory that is in the version 4.2.1 open. Any Idea why of problem? There is anoter possibility change by graphical screen?

that parameter cannot be changed if not using the acconfig.bat tool, do you mean the file is in there but won't open or that the file is not there?
if you do not have the AC config of the pilot point already in place you won't be able to choose the pilot point to configure it

Hi Javalenc,
I am using the acconfig.bat tool and a configure is applied, the problem is the acconfig.bat don't open when use the version 4.1.3, in the version 4.2.1 the window open.
I already change the archive .bat but don't solved

you could try applying a SR to the server, many of them contain new versions of the plugins and update the components
