Compressing .wav files with G.729

Hi all, i am trying to find software that will compress wav files to g.729, can anybody suggest me kind of software.

Thnx in advance...

there are a few ways to manage:

- use a callmanager moh upload (ccm will transcode your file to the needed codes, but there is no way to adjust settings. Quality is not the best one:)

- If you have access to a G.729 IVR or IPCCX you can easily use a simple recording script to record new files.

- There is a G.729 codes on one of the Unity Software CD's. Maybe there is no encoder included.. but have a look.

- google for open g.729 project. There are a few shell script and cli-tools to convert.
