Certain Calls Cannot Complete over QSIG

We have a QSIG CM and BT Switch. Certain calls get connected while some calls get a Cause i = 0x82E6 - Recovery on timer expiry message

If you check working one

Remote end is never responding with a CALL PROCEEDING you may check with BT switch vendor
