Hi Guys,
We have a very pressing issue now. We have an IPCC 5.1 system thats about to go life tonigth.
hen we dial the trigger number internally it works fine.
However when we dial the full DDI number it just gives a busy tone.
When we turned on debugging on the gateway it shows user busy!
Please what could be wrong?
I have used DNA to ensure that the gateway can dial the number and it shows that the pattern is routed.
We did put the JTAPI trigger number on a phone to trst that the gateway can ring the phone and it works.
Buw when we deleted the number and make it the Jtapi trigger, it doesnt work

Hi there,
just hard guessing, but are you doing anything with call searching spaces/partioning? Any chance you did not include the GW partition if you have one with the CSS of the route point?
Is the Call Manager reporting userbusy as well? If so enable detailed JTAPI tracing for the JTAPI component using JTAPIPREFS and get the JTAPI traces, should tell you more.
Might be good info for a TAC SR.

Your gateway should have CTI Ports partition in CSS.
