Hi,
We have 2 E1 links from 2 different providers. We have connected them to 2 different ports of VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1. Now
I want to make them as a one single pipe for my voice traffic. I am using 3825.

If both E1s connect on your 3825 router, do they terminate on the same remote router? If they do terminate on the same remote router then multilink PPP may be an option for you to consider. This is the most common way to take 2 serial links and treat them as 1 logical entity.
I have read peoples opinion that there may be problems with multilink PPP when the circuits are from different providers. I have no knowledge whether that is true or not. I know of no other good way to take 2 E1s and make a single pipe of them.

You're with cisco and asking here ?
Anyway, if these E1 PRI's for voice?
int serial x/y/z:15
trunkgroup mygroug
then reference said trunk group instead of port for DP's.
You can also use preferences, and translation rules, etc at trunk group level.
