I have an integration of a CCM 4.x system with a
UCCX 4.1 system.

The contact center sees alot of personnel turnover
due to the nature of their business and has
operationally came to the conclusion that
reusing those AD accounts of departed employees
was a simple way of account management.
When renaming the attribute that CCM keys off
of for a UserID CCM seems to work (CCMUser,
Extension Mobility) fine. UCCX doesn't seem
to like this as the account may not be seen
as an agent or supervisor.
TAC is suggesting that renaming a UserID is not
possible. TAC suggests that the original record
needs to be deleted from UCCX then AD, and then
a new account in AD be created and then in UCCX.
Has anyone else worked through this?
