I have just configured Extension mobility on CM 6.1 and every once and a while I receive an error of "[6]-database error" when someone logs out. When this does happen I am only able to fix the problem by deleting the phone and reinstalling it in CM. I have tried to reset the EM service but because this is a production server I have not gone any farther with resetting services.
Has anyone seen this before and if so does anyone know of a fix for this.
Thanks

Hi Devin,
I would open a TAC case for this one. There are a number of bugs (usually EM Login) that give this error "[6]-database error". Here are three of them ;
CSCsg73474
CSCsd27551
CSCsi35186
CSCsg73474
Extension Mobility logins fail with an Error 6 Database failure.
Conditions:
Already running a CallManager version with the fix for CSCsd27551 (5.0(4)ES1
and later).
Workaround:
1. Restart the publisher to recover temporarily.
2. Contact the TAC engineer to follow the steps in "Workaround" enclosure to
workaround the problem without rebooting the server.

Hope this helps!

I had this problem also in 6.0. Check your RTMT and that you do not have any dbreplication errors. If you do, then get on the phone with TAC.

This may be a dumb question but where would I find the dbreplication errors in the RTMT?

It would be in the callmanager log files (application, system, etc)
