Can't access CM 4.1.3 web pages locally

I recently undergone re-IP of all our servers in the lab. After that, i can't access CallManager 4.1.3 web pages. Even locally it can't open it.

Please help.

There are a number of possible resolutions in this good doc;

Cisco CallManager Administration Web Page Can't Be Displayed
