External Call Forward All failure

Although calls to our systems resident area code are possible from any phone with a non-restrictive Calling Search Space and Partition, calls forwarded using "Call Forward All" to numbers in the resident area code fail.

Calls forwarded using "Call Forward All" to telephones not in resident area code go through and work normally.

CallManager version is 4.1(3)

Hi,

Check you gateway settings, sometimes you should use Redirecting Party Number (instead Originator) during transfer. What about CFA CSS?

Thanks PK,

The gateways are set to "Originator" I will test changes for functionality when traffic is at a low level of usage.

CFA CSS is totally un restricted.
